Our philosophy:
Through strength, wisdom, and courage, we want those who seek training in an art they’ve never done before to go beyond what they believe they are capable of. No - that doesn’t mean one must push themselves to their breaking point. Simply, through careful and guided instruction, we believe that anyone can unlock their full potential.
Though a sport like taekwondo may seem daunting at first, we strive to make it as accessible, safe, and welcoming to individuals of all ages and abilities. Modification is at the core of our training system. No two people learn the same way; no two people are identically abled; modifying our curriculum to tailor to your abilities is important for growth in this martial art. Additionally, those who are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, or woman-identifying, deserve a safe space to train without fear or judgment.
