At-home Classes
Experience the discipline and excitement of taekwondo from the comfort of your own home with our at-home classes, available both virtually, nationwide, and in-person for those who are local to New Haven county. These dynamic sessions are designed to accommodate all skill levels, abilities, and ages, making them perfect for individuals and families alike. Whichever option you choose, our at-home classes offer a convenient and flexible way to stay active, build confidence, and master the art of taekwondo from the comfort of home. Both options require a one-time registration fee.
Virtual classes:
In our virtual classes, participants connect with our head instructor through live 40 minute video sessions, where they receive personalized instruction, feedback, and guidance in real-time.
With interactive demonstrations and tailored workouts, students can master fundamental techniques, build strength, and improve flexibility from anywhere with an internet connection.

Modifications can and will be made for those who seek it! For those with physical limitations, disabilities, or chronic pain, techniques will be modified to best suit their abilities. All classes are a safe space and judgment free zone.

Offered at $20.00 per class; inquire within for add-ons like 1:1 coaching. This option is best for those who reside outside of New Haven county in Connecticut.
In-person classes:
For those preferring in-person instruction, our at-home classes bring the dojang to your doorstep. Our head instructor will travel to your location, to provide personalized training in a familiar and convenient environment.
Whether it's in your backyard, living room, garage, or home gym, our instructor will ensure a safe and effective training experience. Train alone, with a friend, or even your whole family!

Offered at $35.00 per class; inquire within for add-ons like 1:1 coaching. Scheduling will be done with both parties’ schedules in mind, which allows for great flexibility on when this class can be taken. At this time, we are able to accommodate classes in Hamden, New Haven, North Haven, Cheshire, and Wallingford.

There is a one-time registration fee of $50 for both class types; once registered, we'll provide you with access to our schedule and booking portal.
Payment for virtual classes will be accepted through Venmo; for in-person classes, payment by cash, check, or Venmo is preferred.
Class price can be adjusted for any individual with a financial burden. Please communicate directly with us for adjustments.
