Children's Self-Defense
Children's self-defense seminars will emphasize non-violent conflict resolution, teaching children how to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations whenever possible. They will cover basic physical techniques such as blocking, striking, and escaping from grabs or holds.
Recommended for ages 5 - 12.

Inclusive Self-Defense
We understand the specific challenges faced by LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and woman-identifying individuals in escalated situations and will provide targeted instruction to address these concerns. The seminar will focus not only on physical techniques but also on mental and emotional empowerment. Participants will learn strategies for assertiveness, boundary-setting, and de-escalation. The seminar prioritizes creating a safe and inclusive space where participants can feel comfortable expressing themselves and sharing their experiences. We foster a culture of respect, support, and solidarity, ensuring that everyone feels valued and heard.

Teen / Adult Self-Defense
Teen / adult self-defense seminars offer individuals the opportunity to learn essential skills for personal protection and safety. They emphasize techniques that are easy to learn and remember under stress, including striking, blocking, grappling, and evasion tactics. They also teach strategies for de-escalating confrontations and recognizing potential threats before they escalate.
